A beautiful 800 year old stone house
…in the middle of the village with approx. 100 square meters of living space plus 3 terraces, beautiful inner courtyard and cellar on a slight slope. This gives you a fantastic view. Especially from the roof terrace.
The walls are more than half a meter thick. Therefore it stays nice and cool in summer and cozy and warm in winter. The fireplace in the house creates a wonderfully homely atmosphere in winter. Although, of course, the radiators also warm nicely..
The house used to be part of a castle, which is located above or behind the house. It’s absolutely quiet and you sleep like a marmot there.
Perfectly restored
The house was restored with German thoroughness and a lot of sensitivity for old walls and their soul.
If you like the combination of historical walls and stylish furnishings (e.g. USM), you’ve come to the right place.
You can expect a high standard. Not like furniture that someone has discarded elsewhere, as is often the case in holiday homes. But a very high quality and tasteful facility.
From the lighting to the fireplace – every detail in this holiday home is perfect.
Yuu enter the house,
by going up several steps to the east terrace with a great view. From there it goes straight to the kitchen / dining room.
There is a lot in the house to get you off to a good start. So that you feel good all around.
A nicely chilled bottle of rosé awaits you in the fridge when you arrive. In addition, a fresh lavender bouquet to match the region and a bowl of fresh fruit. And of course sparkling and non-sparkling water.
Fully equipped, high-quality kitchen
Nothing is missing (dishwasher, Italian gas stove, electric oven with pizza plate, microwave, electric grill, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, there is also a washing machine and tumble dryer in the basement and much more).
On the same level as the kitchen is the salon with a staircase to the 2nd floor and an exit to the south terrace to another part of the building.
The shower room with toilet
The shower room with toilet (of course with a window) is also on this floor and shines with a waterfall faucet and Philipp Starck details as well as a shower partition made of real glass.
The terraces
There are several tables / chairs on the 3 terraces. You can either sit in the shade or in the sun at any time of the day. Just as you wish.
The bedrooms
There are two bedrooms in separate parts of the building. One as a maisonette with a huge dressing room in the lower area. The bedroom leads to a roof terrace and a phenomenal view.
The second bedroom is in the main part of the building on the 1st floor, connected to a living room.
Both beds are high quality and 1.60 wide and 2 m long.

A fantastic domicile for 4 people who like it a little more generous. Or of course only for two. - Pets are not allowed.
- Duvets, pillows and bed linen, towels and tea towels are included in the price.
