You only need 20 minutes after “Uzès”. A former papal seat. It is worth visiting the former ducal palace (Le Duché). Life pulsates in Uzés, especially on Saturday – the big market day. You just have to see it and be there.
Only a few kilometers (from Verfeuil 10 minutes), (from Le Pin 20 minutes) is the place “Goudarques”, which is rightly called “Little Venice ”. In the summer months with countless restaurants; all located on a small river and often with live music. Gérard Depardieu bought Jean Carmet’s house there to set up a Carmet museum.
The next larger town is called “Bagnols-sur-Cèze” and can be reached in 15 – 20 minutes (from Le Pin: 10 minutes)
